GO AWAY, SNOW.

OH MY GOSH. Just when it looked like the roads were clear and we were safe to be out and about, another 6-9 inches of snow is falling. It started around 9am and has been coming down nonstop since then. At times, there are nearly white out conditions. Besides the fact that I will have to shovel the whole driveway again in the next 24-48 hours, dart league is canceled for the night, my part time gig in C-bus has been canceled for tomorrow, and I am stuck in the house for another 48-72 hours.

Snow, please stop. Spring, you are welcome any time. I miss the South :-(

Snowmaggedon Part II underway

Living in the midwest means snow. But damn if this is not earth shaking to me. In NC or TX, if it snowed a tiny amount, everything shut down for days. Here, we get 8-10 inches, and after a slight delay to wait for plows, life goes on as normal. This is just pure craziness. We had a good foot or so of snow on Friday of last week, and as I type this, part II is falling from the sky. We managed to get our entire driveway shoveled from the first round, but it appears we will be starting all over again sometime in the next few days. In the meantime, enjoy some photos from my first Ohio winter.
