Hi! Yes, I'm alive; everything is fine. Just been pretty stressed for a variety of reasons here lately, and I haven't felt much up to posting. I'm training still - not as much as I should be. I'm riding a fair amount and loving it more and more.
Other than that, not a ton to report. Once there IS something to report, as Arnold says "I'll be back."

I'm glad to hear that you're enjoying riding more and more. That's one of my favorite things to do! It feels so good to go for a long ride! Keep up the good work!
I get that way too. Most of my posts are nothing more than a post that I ran. I wish I was creative enough to make some witty and insightful posts. Maybe then I'd actually have a decent readership. :)
