30 Day Challenge - YOU IN?

Well, that didn't take long did it?  I have a new challenge.  September has 30 days.  The Jillian 30 day shred takes - you guessed it!  30 days!  Along with at least one friend, starting tomorrow we are doing the 30 day shred!  30 minutes a day for 30 days straight - NO days off.  None.  Pick your poison:


Last time I did a 30 day Jillian set, I did the "30 Day Shred" - this time I'm going Ripped in 30.  Is it silly?  Maybe.  But the workouts are good, and they work.  I have some very embarasing pictures on my cell phone of my "after" pics from 30 days.  It gets me back into the weight training mode, and I SO need that.  Here goes - anyone else want to do it??? If you'll do the challenge with us, leave a comment.  Maybe we can do prizes for everyone who completes it.  Prizes!!!  Wouldn't that be FUN????

As a side note, I'll still be running, biking and possibly swimming, but I will start every day with Jillian :-)

Ok - I can honestly admit I have NEVER made it past day 2. But I am willing to commit to starting with you :) JM - bring it on!

I've heard great things about her videos. I wish I wasn't hurt right now because I'd be all over that one! :)
