Week's End Wrap Up

I am feeling fully rejuvinated when it comes to training. Knowing I have two races in the next month has me totally comitted and busting my butt again. Yay. That feels good.

I finally joined a gym yesterday, Lifetime Fitness at Easton. It's on my way home from work, and there is no excuse to not stop there. They have indoor pools for lap swimming (yay year round pool access!), group classes that fit my schedule, and they are even open 24 hours (shall I get the desire to hit the treadmill at 3am). My justification for the expense is that I get pool access AND I can start doing spin classes. I've always wanted to give them a shot, and now's my chance.
