Going back to that post on FAILURE...

Yeah, that sub 30 minute 5K I thought I ran last week? Well, I FAILED to log my time onto the correct route map on mapmyrun. Turns out I was actually running 11 minute miles.

::sigh::

A sub 30 minute 5K goes BACK onto the goal list.......

Sorry to hear that, but I'm sure you'll make it ! Have you tried the FIRST program ? It's really improved my speed and overall running efficiency since I started using it. Here's a link just in case: http://www2.furman.edu/sites/first/Pages/default.aspx

At least you ran, that is more then 95% of the society out there, you will get to your goal, just keep chipping away at it
