HOT HOT

Here it is, Day 2 - no A/C in the office. Yikes. Luckily, I was sent home early yesterday by the Ambassador, and today may be the same. Albeit, I may even be home before noon today. It is supposed to get up to 95 degrees today, and with these massive windows in the office, we may as well be little rotisserie chickens in front of our desk.

So, a few cool things. Today is the first day of Mike's class at Duke. Not a class he is taking, but a class he is teaching :) I am thrilled and so very excited for him. I don't envy the butterflies he must be feeling at this minute, but I look forward to hearing all about his first day later this evening.

I have stolen some photos from Meredith and Stefan to show scenes from the party on Saturday. My photos are still on my laptop, which is under repair at Best Buy. Hopefully the ol Geek Squad doesn't erase my hard drive while fixing my sound issues. Anyway, here are some pics:
